Your Experience Includes
Gentle, Nourishing Yoga.
Start the day with a body-positive yoga practice designed to release tension and bring ease to both body and mind.
Rooted in the traditional South Asian yogic system, this session is accessible for all levels, including complete beginners.


Reflexology Workshop
Learn simple reflexology techniques to reduce stress, balance hormones, and support better sleep.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can continue to use at home for ongoing wellbeing.


Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation

End the day with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation that helps the body and mind reach a profound state of relaxation.
Known to enhance mood, creativity, memory, and sleep, this practice allows you to experience complete rest and renewal.
