Join an online, at home ultimate relaxation yoga class.
Experience 2 hours of "me time" with nourishing and restorative yoga and relaxing meditations.
This session is designed as the antidote to your busy life and will give you a much needed break from your daily responsibilities and let you be nourished.
Carve out essential self care time away from the busyness, pressures and expectations in the lead up to Christmas.
Release tension in your body using gentle yoga poses that will renew and restore the energy and will include lots of long held, supported, floor poses to promote the body's natural healing abilities.
Your mind will become calmer and clearer with the use of simple mindfulness techniques.
We will finish with a very effective lying down guided meditation called Yoga Nidra to take you to a calm state of relaxation.
If you have difficulties "switching off" this is an excellent step by step process to help your mind gently quieten to a more peaceful state.
