​Join my online yoga classes to help you rest, relax and heal the weary body, mind and spirit.

​If you're feeling tired, but find it difficult to relax and switch off these yoga classes can teach you the tools and techniques to allow your body to rest and your mind to calm and quieten.

It's so important to make time to nourish yourself, especially in these more stressful times, so you are not left feeling depleted and running on empty.

You are worthy of care and rest.

The yoga sessions include simple yoga poses, that we move through slowly and mindfully to help you release areas of tension in the body. 

Posture variations are given to help you take the class at your own pace.

Within the classes I share mindfulness techniques to help you focus our mind in a positive way.

The combination of these techniques can promote positive mental health and create a more healthy relationship to the body.

​At the end of the movement part of the class I teach a simple, yet effective meditation technique called yoga nidra, which helps to calm the mind and create a sense of safety and peace within.

When signing up to the 4 week course you will have access to 3 live stream yoga classes per week and its completely up to you if you wish to attend 1,2 or 3 classes.


The online classes will be live streamed into a a private facebook group and you will see me teaching and demonstrating all the movements. Although, I won't be able to see you. When joining the group you will also have access to all of the replays if you can't join a live.

Live stream classes will take place, Monday 7.15 to 8.30pm, Thursday 6 to 7.15pm and Sunday 10.11.15pm.

When booking  you will be sent a link to the private facebook group  on the 5th October to start accessing all the classes.

As far as Yoga is concerned I am finding it immensely helpful.

It is just what I need to help me relax and switch off after a long day of supporting others.

It feels like time for me. As I am in my 60’s I also find it very helpful in keeping me supple. I was only thinking the other day that some of the moves that I found a bit of a stretch to start with (back last year) I am now more able to do without feeling uncomfortable.
