Ultimate Relaxation evening

Join me for a gorgeous evening to nourish and restore your body and mind and indulge in this much needed “me” time to relax and rest.
This session is perfect If you are a busy mum and you're feeling tired, exhausted and you haven’t had a good night sleep for a while.
Or you have a busy, stressful job and you need time to switch off and rest.
This session is designed as the antidote to your busy life and will give you a much needed break from your daily responsibilities and let you be nourished in a quiet, calming soothing environment.
You will release the tension from your body using gentle yoga poses that will renew and restore the energy and will include lots of long held, supported, floor poses to promote the bodies natural healing abilities.
Your mind will become calmer and clearer with the use of simple mindfulness techniques.
We will finish with a very effective lying down guided meditation called Yoga Nidra to take you to a blissful state of relaxation.
If you have difficulties "switching off" this is an excellent step by step process to help your mind gently quieten to a more peaceful state.

During Emma’s workshops I had an amazing time. It was just what I needed to relax and restore my mind , body and soul .
It was beautiful to allow my entire body to be and relax . I really enjoyed learning more about yoga nidra and the safe space that Emma created for everyone.
