Womb wellness yoga
Gentle yoga and meditation for women with gynaecological problems.
Saturday 31st August 10.30am to 12pm
Join a gentle nourishing yoga class to ease the body and calm the mind.
For those of us who struggle with womb problems, a sensitive approach to yoga and wellness is required.
This yoga class will be mindful of the associated aches, pains and discomfort you may experience and offer a soothing, restorative sequence of poses.
Dealing with gynaecological conditions causes additional stress, this is where yoga and meditation can support the mental and emotional wellbeing.
This yoga class will provide you the time and space to relax, knowing you don't need to force or push your body to keep up with others.
During the class tips and ideas will be provided about practicing yoga when you experience gynaecological issues.
A PDF of 5 poses to do at home will be provided and a free guided meditation.
During the classes you will be guided you through a series of movements and yoga poses to relax and release tension in the body.
The class will finish with a practice called yoga nidra, a yogic technique to induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
The class is suitable for all levels including beginners and all body shapes and sizes welcome.
If you wish to discuss your suitability to attend please send me an email in advance.
The classes will be taking place on zoom and will be recorded and sent to those who may not be unable to join live.
