Finding inspiration from Goddess Lakshmi

Would you like to attend a gorgeous, nourishing, relaxing yoga session, whilst at the same time learning how you can take better care of yourself at home in your normal every life?
Creating self care and yoga routines and rituals can be life changing, but really challenging to maintain.
Maybe you feel guilty taking time out for rest and relaxation and you end up feeling depleted, tired and stressed because you have not taken good enough care of yourself?
When we commit to our self care we increase our self worth, self esteem and self love, it is essential to our physical and mental health.
During the session I will be share how the teachings of Goddess Lakshmi can inspire us to restore more balance and ease within our lives.
The Indian Goddess Lakshmi is known for abundance, beauty and the importance of keeping and maintaining the balance and flow of giving to others and receiving.
If we give too much of our time, resources and energy to others we are left feeling empty and lacking in energy.
We cannot pour from an empty cup.
Taking great care of ourselves, can help us feel more nourished grounded and happier and reduce stress, anxiety and sleep problems.
The workshop will include gentle, nourishing yoga , guided meditations and visualisations, journalling, Yoga Nidra and storytelling.
This session is open to all levels, all you need is to be open to learn.
The session costs 25 GBP and is non refundable.
All levels welcome, including beginners and all body shapes and sizes welcome.
