These classes are the perfect "me" time antidote to our busy lives and they will help you switch off in a calm and positive way.
The sessions are a great way to reduce stress, anxiety and help you sleep better.
You will learn how to release tension in the body and quieten the busy mind.
The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners and ALL BODY SHAPES and SIZES WELCOME.
Making a weekly commitment to yoga will give you the tools to use in your everyday life to help you feel more confident, relaxed and in control of your thoughts feelings and emotions.
Thursday 6-7.15 pm 6 session yoga course
This course runs from the 5th September to the 17th October (no class on the 26th September).This class is suitable for all levels including beginners.
The class is taking place at St Crispin community centre, St Crispin Drive, Upton, Northampton NN5 4GJ.
Yoga Nidra promotes mental wellbeing and allows the body and mind to rejuvenate and rest.
This technique is very effective at reducing stress, anxiety and helping you sleep better.
Within my lessons you will be fully supported and encouraged to work through the class at a pace that is correct for you.
I welcome different abilities to come together in an inclusive space.
Posture variations will be provided to guide you through your own experience of yoga.
The ethos of the classes includes working in a gentle and kind way towards our bodies to promote body positivity regardless of one’s shape or size.
You will leave the classes feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to go about your week with a more positive and peaceful state of mind.
Spaces are limited on a first come first serve basis.
All my classes offer the same style of yoga class.
If you have any medical conditions or injuries please make me aware at the start of the course.

Emma's class is always a joy to attend. There is a peaceful atmosphere and her approach is one of calmness.
