I have been supporting this small Nigerian charity for several years.
The mission fro Dreams from the Slums is to make the dreams of persons living in the slum a reality using Education, Empowerment and Mentoring.
They do this through paying for school places and equipment, medical support and a young mums empowerment project.
I will be running a yoga in the park fundraiser session on the 20th July 10-11am at Deeper Abbey, in the wall garden. If you would like to attend please meet in the car park at 10am and then we will walk to the spot where we will do the yoga session.
It will be suitable for all levels including beginners.
