You will be gently encouraged and we work together to find strategies and yoga practices to help you feel calm, in control and confident.
The one to one sessions can include a talking element where we discuss how best to you can help yourself in-between yoga sessions.
When you start taking better care of your body and mind this improves confidence and self esteem, by acting and thinking in a way that is kind and supportive to your needs.
Working with me on a 1 to 1 basis means you get me all to yourself, so we can take your time and your practice where you want it to go.

You will experience Yoga Nidra meditation to take your body and mind to the deepest state of relaxation to help your body rest and restore and enhance the bodies natural healing abilities.
