One to One Yoga Online

A practice shaped around you.

These one to one online yoga sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we create a personalised yoga and meditation practice that supports your body, your energy levels, and your wellbeing.

There is no pressure to keep up, and no expectation to push beyond what feels right. Instead, we focus on building a sustainable and compassionate practice that you can carry into daily life.

 Who one to one yoga is for,

These sessions can be especially supportive if attending group classes feels difficult or inaccessible right now.

You might be:
  • balancing caring responsibilities.
  •  living with chronic fatigue or low energy.
  • recovering from illness or burnout.
  • experiencing social anxiety.
  • new to yoga and wanting individual guidance.
  •  returning to practice after a break.
  •  ready to invest more deeply in your self care.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or feeling well to begin. You simply need a willingness to start where you are.

 The benefits of practising one to one yoga,

A personalised yoga practice allows space to move gently and with awareness. Over time, students often notice meaningful changes in both body and mind.

One to one yoga can help to:

* reduce stress and anxiety.
* improve sleep quality.
* rebuild strength and confidence gradually.
* support recovery and energy management.
* create a sustainable home practice.
* develop tools for calm and self regulation.

Perhaps most importantly, these sessions create time to rest, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

What are the sessions are like?

Sessions take place live online, so you can practise in your own familiar space. Each session is shaped around how you are feeling that day.

Classes may include gentle movement, breath awareness, relaxation, and meditation. The pace is steady and responsive, allowing your nervous system time to settle.
