Relax and Renew 6 week yoga course
Every Monday starting 6th June to the 10th July, 7 to 8pm.
The course can help you relax, reduce stress and sleep better.
Yoga has been found to have numerous physical and mental health benefits, including improving flexibility, and balance, reducing mild to moderate anxiety and depression, and promoting better sleep.
Improve your physical and mental health through gentle movements and mindfulness practices.
During the classes I will guide you through a series of movements and yoga poses to relax and release tension in the body.
I will share mindfulness techniques to help us enjoy the present moment and not be constantly worrying about the future or reliving the past.
The class will finish with a practice called yoga nidra, a yogic technique to induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
There will include a short teaching, also known as a dharma talk to offer guidance and support for your wellbeing journey.
Many people find these classes help to reduce stress, anxiety and sleep problems.
The class is suitable for all levels including beginners and all body shapes and sizes welcome.

There is plenty of parking as it is located at Abington park.
The exact address will be provided before the session as it is a home studio.
The course is non refundable.
If you wish to attend this class, but due to financial constraints you are unable to pay this amount please contact me regarding a scholarship space I have made available. This scholarship will be prioritised for those with less privilege due to race, disability and sexual orientation.

6 week yoga course, 5th June to the 10th July
During Emma’s workshops I had an amazing time. It was just what I needed to relax and restore my mind , body and soul . It was beautiful to allow my entire body to be and relax . I really enjoyed learning more about yoga nidra and the safe space that Emma created for everyone. I noticed that after the workshop, I felt very calm.
