Relax and renew yoga and mindfulness classes in Northampton

Wednesdays 6.45 to 7.45pm. 4th March to the 8th April 2026
Join me for a gentle yoga class to nourish and restore your body and mind.
Experience this much needed “me” time to relax and rest.
This session is perfect if you're feeling tired, low energy and need a gentle, restoring yoga class.
It can be helpful if you have a busy, stressful job and you need time to switch off and rest.
This session is designed as the antidote to your busy life and will give you a much needed break from your daily responsibilities and let you be nourished in a quiet, calming soothing environment.
We will finish with a very effective lying down guided meditation called Yoga Nidra to take you to a blissful state of relaxation.
If you have difficulties "switching off" this is an excellent step by step process to help your mind gently quieten to a more peaceful state.
