Relax and renew yoga and mindfulness class in Northampton
Monday 7 to 8 pm, 20th October to the 1st December
Join me for a gorgeous yoga class to nourish and restore your body and mind and indulge in this much needed “me” time to relax and rest.
This session is perfect if you're feeling tired, low energy and need a gentle, restoring yoga class.
It can be helpful if you have a busy, stressful job and you need time to switch off and rest.
This session is designed as the antidote to your busy life and will give you a much needed break from your daily responsibilities and let you be nourished in a quiet, calming soothing environment.
You will release the tension from your body using gentle yoga poses that will renew and restore the energy.
Your mind will become calmer and clearer with the use of simple mindfulness techniques.
We will finish with a very effective lying down guided meditation called Yoga Nidra to take you to a blissful state of relaxation.
If you have difficulties "switching off" this is an excellent step by step process to help your mind gently quieten to a more peaceful state.
Improve your physical and mental health through gentle movements and mindfulness practices.
The course can help you relax, reduce stress and sleep better.
Yoga has been found to have numerous physical and mental health benefits, including improving flexibility, and balance, reducing mild to moderate anxiety and depression, and promoting better sleep.
The class is suitable for all levels including beginners and all body shapes and sizes welcome.
